Good Product, long shipping times to US could be improved.

The description of the product I purchased (snail mucin filtrate) was honest and helped me to plan ahead. It has no thickener or extra chemicals added as far as I can tell. The only downside for me is that it has to cross a border to reach me and for whatever reason, my order was held in US customs for over a week. Of course this isn't the seller's fault and so I did not take off a star. However, it is a potential area that could potentially be addressed with a different shipping method/provider.
