    Cyclopentasiloxane is a lightweight, volatile silicone commonly used to provide a silky-smooth feel, quick dry-down, and weightless texture in personal care products. It evaporates without residue, making it ideal for long-wear makeup, dry-touch lotions, hair serums, and primers.

It delivers excellent spreadability and glide, leaves no oily residue, and is compatible with other silicones, esters, and oils. Its evaporative nature makes it perfect for enhancing skin feel and speeding up dry-down time in cosmetic formulations.
