Perfect for my needs — water-soluble cool-down phase additive nearly as powerful as retinol but gentler for sensitive skin. Bakuchiol is also comparible with many vitamin c derivatives & niancinamide, and can be used during the day ad it doesn’t cause photosensitivity, making it way easier to formulate with than retinol or bakuchiol oil. The liquid is brown and smells mildly of alcohol (doesn’t contain alcohol, but I assume that’s how it was extracted).
