These Terms & Conditions govern all purchases made through CDF Supplies. By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following policies regarding shipping, duties and taxes, insurance, refunds, delays, couriers, and other matters affecting your order. These terms form a binding agreement between CDF Supplies (“we,” “us,” “our”) and the customer (“you,” “your”).
1.1 Orders are processed in the order they are received. Processing times are published as estimates and may vary depending on product availability, seasonal demand, and overall order volume.
1.2 Purchasing expedited or urgent shipping at checkout only affects the courier’s transit speed. It does not shorten our internal processing times.
1.3 On occasion, CDF Supplies may be able to fast-track an order if specifically requested in advance. Such requests must be made by email prior to placing the order, and approval is at our discretion.
1.4 CDF Supplies is responsible only for shipping orders within our stated processing time frames. Once an order is handed to the courier, transit times and delivery estimates are entirely outside our control. We cannot guarantee that carriers will meet their posted delivery schedules.
1.5 Shipping costs are calculated based on package weight, dimensions, destination, and the courier service chosen at checkout.
1.6 Once your package leaves our facility, it is deemed to be in the possession of the carrier. We will provide tracking information where available, but we cannot guarantee the accuracy or timeliness of updates provided by third-party carriers.
1.7 Risk of loss or damage to goods passes to you once the order has been accepted by the courier. It is your responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate and secure.

2.1 As of August 30, 2025 (until further notice), all duties and import taxes on U.S. shipments are prepaid. Customers in the United States will not incur additional customs charges upon delivery.
2.2 If you have agreed to clear customs yourself, CDF Supplies will ship your order at duty-free discounted rates. In this case:

2.3 For shipments outside the United States, all duties, import taxes, VAT, and other applicable customs charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient. These costs are assessed by the destination country and cannot be prepaid, waived, or estimated by CDF Supplies.
2.4 Refusal to pay duties or taxes may result in delays, returns, or confiscation of goods by customs. CDF Supplies will not issue refunds or replacements in such cases.
3.1 All shipments include the standard level of insurance coverage offered by the courier (subject to the courier’s own terms and conditions).
3.2 If you wish to insure your order for a higher value, you must purchase additional insurance at the time of ordering.
3.3 If no additional insurance is purchased, CDF Supplies’ liability is limited to the amount recoverable under the courier’s general insurance.
3.4 If a package is reported lost or damaged in transit, a formal claim must be opened with the courier. CDF Supplies cannot issue a refund, replacement, or credit until the courier has completed its investigation and confirmed liability. Customers must allow a minimum of three (3) business days from the time the claim is filed for the carrier to respond before any resolution will be provided.
3.5 We are not responsible for losses or damages that exceed the coverage provided by the courier when additional insurance has not been purchased.
4.1 Due to the nature of cosmetic ingredients, raw materials, and packaging products, all sales are final. Returns or refunds are not permitted except where required by law.

4.3 Claims must be submitted within three (3) business days of delivery and must include your order number and photographic evidence. Approved claims will be resolved at our discretion, either by replacement shipment or store credit.
4.4 No refunds or replacements will be issued for products opened, partially used, or altered after delivery.
5.1 CDF Supplies reserves the right to substitute products of equal or greater value if an item is unavailable at the time of fulfillment.
5.2 In the event a product is discontinued or unavailable, we may issue a partial refund, store credit, or cancel the affected portion of the order.
7.1 All prices are displayed in the currency indicated at checkout. Unless expressly stated otherwise, prices exclude applicable taxes and shipping charges.
7.2 CDF Supplies reserves the right to adjust pricing at any time without notice.
8.1 We primarily ship using Canada Post, UPS, DHL, and other major carriers. The choice of courier is determined by availability, destination, and order size.
8.2 Once an order is marked “Delivered” by the courier, it will be deemed fulfilled. We cannot be held responsible for packages lost, stolen, or misplaced after delivery confirmation.
8.3 Requests for special handling or courier instructions will be considered but cannot be guaranteed.
9.1 Product descriptions, technical data, and specifications are provided to the best of our knowledge at the time of publication. Minor variations may occur.
9.2 All raw materials, cosmetic ingredients, and packaging sold by CDF Supplies are intended for external use only in personal care and cosmetic formulations.
9.3 Customers are solely responsible for product testing, stability, regulatory compliance, labeling, and safety of their finished goods.
9.4 CDF Supplies makes no guarantees of fitness for a particular purpose and accepts no liability for misuse of products.
10.1 By purchasing from CDF Supplies, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless CDF Supplies, its owners, and employees from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our products in your formulations, including claims made by third parties.
11.1 While we strive for accuracy, typographical errors, pricing mistakes, or inaccuracies in product descriptions may occur.
11.2 CDF Supplies reserves the right to correct such errors or cancel orders affected by them, even if the order has been confirmed and payment processed.
12.1 CDF Supplies shall not be held liable for failure or delay in performance due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, strikes, government actions, or failures of internet, telecommunications, or logistics networks.
13.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, CDF Supplies’ total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to your purchase shall not exceed the total amount paid for the order in question.
13.2 Under no circumstances shall CDF Supplies be liable for indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages.
15.1 CDF Supplies reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The most current version will always be available on our website. It is your responsibility to review them prior to placing an order.
16.1 Powders and solid ingredients are filled by net weight.
16.2 Liquids and oils are filled by net volume.
16.3 All products are measured using calibrated commercial equipment. Minor variations may occur due to normal filling tolerances, settling during transit, or differences in customer measuring equipment.
16.4 Containers, scoops, or other packaging are not included in the stated weight or volume.
16.5 For bulk orders, total ordered weight or volume may be divided across multiple containers for safe handling and transport.
