    Ready-to-Mix Base for Cosmetic Glitter Gels

    INCI: Aqua, Vegetable Glycerin, Carbomer, Polysorbate 20, Polyvinylpyrrolidone, Dimethicone/Vinyl Dimethicone Crosspolymer (and) Cyclopentasiloxane (and) TEA-Dodecylbenzenesulfonate, Isohexadecane, VP/VA Copolymer, Acrylates Copolymer, Ethylhexylglycerin, Phenoxyethanol

    Appearance: Clear, semi-thick gel (This gel is lightly fragranced).

    Usage: Blend only with glitters (not suitable for any kind of pigments)

    Function: Glitter-mixing base for body, face, and hair-safe gel applications

    CDF Glitter Gel Base is a cosmetic-grade gel that holds glitter in suspension without clumping or drying out the skin. It spreads smoothly, dries down lightly tacky, and provides excellent adhesion for loose cosmetic glitters. Designed for face, body, and festival makeup products.
    Please note this gel only holds glitter — for blush and eye shadow gel formulations:

    Commonly Used In:

    • Chunky glitter gels

  • How to Use

    Recommended Mixing Ratio:

    Start with a 60% glitter to 40% gel base ratio.

    Example: For a 10g batch, mix 6g of glitter with 4g of glitter gel base.

    For a fuller, more dramatic look, increase the glitter amount and reduce the gel base accordingly.

    Notes:

    • This base is specifically designed to suspend and hold glitter evenly.
    • It does not effectively hold pigments or micas.
    • For pigmented shadow gels or cream highlighters, use our CDF Universal Gel Base instead.
