    Salicylic Acid is a beta hydroxy acid (BHA) commonly used in cosmetic and dermocosmetic products for its ability to exfoliate inside pores, target blackheads, control sebum, and prevent acne. It is oil-soluble, making it ideal for treating congested or oily skin types.
