CDF Matte Lip Stick Base is a pre-balanced anhydrous system engineered to deliver a modern matte finish with excellent adhesion, minimal transfer, and long wear. The combination of film-forming resins, structured wax network, and lightweight emollients allows formulators to create high-performance lipsticks without building the base from scratch.

• Blend: For easy incorporation, combine powder pigments with the CDF Matte Lip Stick Base in a small mixing bag or container. Mix thoroughly until the color is fully uniform.
• Customize: Start with approximately 20% pigment and adjust as needed to achieve the desired opacity and tone.
• Once fully blended, transfer the mixture into lipstick tubes or jars for convenient application.
