This makes it especially useful in modern formulations designed for smoother, clearer, and more comfortable-looking skin.

What It Does

Gluconolactone is a next-generation exfoliating active that combines surface renewal with hydration support in one ingredient.

Formulation Notes

As with any exfoliating system, final pH, stability, and skin feel should be evaluated in the finished formulation. Humans do enjoy blaming ingredients for formulation mistakes they personally assembled.
